What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

General Information

-All of our Orders are usually shipped in approximately 2 business days of order receipt.

-Items that are orderable should be in stock at the time of your purchase. However, if they are not available once your order has been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

- UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast.

-Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

-We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska,Puerto Rico, Guam or OVERSEA.

**Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs (Customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products - discounts are not considered in the customs total value) .

Undeliverable Or Refused Shipments

The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, you will be charged 15% of the item price to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Queens Baby.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to the USA for all orders under $100 is based on weight and starts at $4.00

Free 3-5 Day Shipping to the USA for orders of $99 or more!

All US orders are shipped based by weight using USPS First Class Mail (under 13 ounces), USPS Priority Mail (13 ounces - 3 lbs) and UPS Standard (3-5 lbs). All US orders will be received within 3-5 business days.

*Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed by the postal service. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we do charge 8.87% sales tax for packages sent to New York. 

How do returns work?

At Queens Baby, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT (Credit Card, Paypal etc.). 

The following rules apply: 

-Returning item(s) should be postmarked by the 30 calendar days of the date when you received the order. Please note No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days from the date you received the order. The item(s) will be shipped back at your expense.

-Return shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser. 

-Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.

-Items identified as on SALE cannot be returned.

-Queens Baby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

-All the returns via UPS
