Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Please note: if the payment method is flagged as unusual, the system may automatically cancel the order to protect against fraud. For a smooth checkout experience, we recommend using Shop Pay or PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Shipping Information
- All orders are typically shipped within approximately 2 business days from the time your order is received.
- Items listed as available are generally in stock. If an item is unavailable after your order is processed, our customer service team will contact you.
- Shipping may take up to 7 additional business days for West Coast deliveries.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
- Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or international destinations.
- Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for any duties or customs fees. Customs value will be declared based on the full product value; discounts will not be deducted.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
The shipping carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while in transit, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover shipping and processing costs.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Orders under $100: Shipping is based on weight and starts at $4.00 USD.
- Orders $99 or more: Enjoy FREE shipping.
Note: Queens Baby is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or misdirected packages once your order has been handed over to the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you with tracking the shipment.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Queens Baby reserves the right to determine whether returned items are in resellable condition.

Restocking Fee
